What are the available shipping modes and charges?
Normally we send through couriers like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, etc., or post upon request from clients. Shipping charges depend on weight and destination.

Yes, we have obtained ISO13485 system certification and CE certification. Some products are also registered with the FDA 510k.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) and sample policy?
The expected minimum order is at least US$500. We offer free samples for testing, but the customer is responsible for the freight cost.
Can I order products not shown in the current catalogue?
Yes, you can send pictures or samples of similar products. Please note that custom or non-catalogue items may require a longer delivery time.
Are the products in stock and what are the payment terms?
We generally maintain stock for listed products produced monthly. Payment terms are 100% in advance for orders under $800, and 30% T/T in advance for orders over $800, with the balance due before shipment.
