Normally we offer a 12-month warranty and lifetime maintenance. We can also extend the warranty period per the client's request.
2. Does the equipment have any certificates?
Almost all our medical equipment is CE and ISO approved, and select models carry FDA certification.
3. What are the accepted payment terms?
We accept T/T, Western Union, Money Gram, Paypal, Trade Assurance, L/C, and cash.
4. What is the product lead time?
Normally, all medical equipment is in stock, allowing us to deliver goods within 3 working days after receiving payment.
5. How is maintenance handled if a problem occurs?
Our professional engineers will solve issues via remote communication. If the machine is completely non-functional, it can be returned for a replacement.
6. What training options are available?
We offer free product training via video, voice, email, or online meetings. Face-to-face training and on-site support at the client's office are also available upon request.
