What are your shipping modes and charges?
Normally we send through couriers like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, etc., or post upon request from clients. Charges depend on destination and weight.

Yes, our products are manufactured under strict quality control standards and we hold both ISO 13485 and CE certifications for international compliance.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We generally expect minimum orders to be around US$500. However, we support smaller sample orders for initial market testing. Free samples are available, but freight costs are covered by the client.
Can I request products similar to your catalog but not listed?

What are your payment terms?
For orders under $800, 100% in advance. For orders over $800, 30% T/T in advance with the balance due before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
